Tomas Norström anser sig inte vara jävig

DN citerar Tomas Norström som tillbakavisar anklagelserna om jäv. Olika bedömare menar dock att Norströms engagemang i upphovsrättsfrågorna har sträckt sig längre än vad som motiveras utifrån ett intresse av rättsutvecklingen.

Den kritiserade domaren, Tomas Norström, är medlem i både Upphovsrättsföreningen och Svenska Föreningen för Industriellt Rättsskydd. Men han anser inte att det gör honom jävig i målet.
- Jag har ju bedömt att jag inte skulle vara jävig eftersom jag satt i målet. Det som påstås om medlemskapet i Upphovsrättsföreningen tycker jag inte grundar jäv. Det är en förening som ska främja kunskapen om upphovsrätten och vara en diskussionsplats. Jag är med därför att jag vill följa utvecklingen och debatten, säger Tomas Norström.
